In Georgia, heart disease is the leading cause of death, obesity is common and the infant mortality rate is among the highest in the nation. With an increasingly older population, it ranks near the bottom in terms of senior care, and low financial literacy continues to result in higher poverty rates.

While we all agree that these issues are systematic of larger national problems, rather than focusing on macro-level coverage and reporting, our mission is to assist journalist in suppling citizens with information to help them navigate their current life circumstances.

Today when preparing a program for broadcast, it’s important to understand that we may directly or indirectly be competing with: social media, dramatizational television, pundit misinformation, as well as the views and opinions of peers and social circles. To proceed we analyze the local information ecosystem in order to get a full picture of various sources of information and how the communal population is responding to it. Ultimately this informs the tone and direction our presentation. We offer a complete support system for independent journalist, with the goal of producing what we call "Quality of Life" programs.
