We want you to be happy with your purchase, we understand sometimes that takes personalized service not online automation. Call us for a  Quote. Our prices are lower than most and based on factors like book size, page count and quantity printed but there may be other factors as well. If a printer is using an instant quote app. that means that they treat all print jobs the same. This is good for the printer but for the customer, not so much.

Another example is viewing a galley (Print Proof) before going to press.  Sometimes what you see on screen may actually look quite differently on paper. If your book has photos we use different settings and sometime print on different equipment. You've seen books with photos that are either too dark or washed-out, that's what happens using a one size fits all approach. An additional 25 or 30 cents could have made all the difference.

Project Payment . . .

We inform you of all costs up front, and advise you of available options. There are no hidden fees or last minute up-sells. If any changes are necessary, we'll get your approval before any work begins. We believe in long term customer relationships. We’d like to print every book you publish for years to come and try to offer the easiest and most stress free publishing experience possible.

Project Payment requires a one half deposit when placing an order with the remainder due upon pick-up. Items being shipped must be paid in full prior to shipping. When your order is placed you'll receive an itemized invoice/receipt which details your purchase including your book specifications. Supplemental services such as typesetting, graphic design, photo scanning and retouching are considered separate from the printing phase. These services are paid when requested and can sometime be done during an office visit, allowing you to participate and have direct input. As a wholesale production service: we accept business checks, money orders, bank drafts, etc. Purchases made with consumer credit cards can be done online. We no longer accept Cashapp TM but do accept payments through ZelleTM . for both deposits and final payment.

Just Pick Them Up . . .

Depending on the size of your book and number of pages they may be boxed in quantities ranging from 40 - 100 per box. In most cases you can fit up to 1000 books in an average sized vehicle. When your project is complete, your books can be picked up directly from our Buckhead office during regular business hours. For directions click on the map icon above.  If you’ve ordered over 2500 books or are a university or corporate client delivery may be available within a 25 mile radius.

We offer shipping via USPS, Fedex or UPS within the continental U.S.. This  excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii as well as P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO and International orders. Shipping will be billed as a separate line item and must be paid prior to shipping.


Our standard shipping method is Postal Service media mail. However, if you would prefer to use your account with another carrier we would be happy to do so. Once your books are shipped, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
